Talent Mobility Representative

Onsite in Irvine, CA

Duration: 6 months, Contract, W-2

Pay:$45- $59.78 an hr

Duties:

* Perform more complex HR administrative duties: including Peoplesoft data entry, preparing new hire and orientation materials, assisting with performance reviews, and maintaining employee records, coordinating travel logistics, planning meetings, pulling files from the main file room

* May conduct new hire interviews for entry level positions and/or exit interviews for all levels

* Reconcile TDR decks and review for inconsistencies, analyze TDR data, identify development themes, create content, and finalize for TDR for presentation

* Create ad hoc/custom Peoplesoft reports and perform analyze and identify findings for Manager review

* Collect data and update dashboard metrics

* Create organizational charts and coordinate all data changes in all systems for impacted employees

* Coordinate all portions of the recruitment life cycle including creating requisitions, applicant flow tracking, generating offer letters and performing background checks

* Participate in special projects (e.g. RIF, acquisition and divestitures, litigation support)

* Facilitate new hire orientation

* Respond to inquiries and escalate non-routine issues to appropriate team members

* Manage and enhance mobility programs, supporting employee transfers and relocations

* Advises managers on mobility policies and practices; streamline processes

* Facilitates immigration status applications and employment authorization for employees and candidates

* Act as a support and point of contact with legal counsel, government agencies and third-party vendors for immigration, relocation and other HR programs support

* Communicate and manage relocation packages; addressing and resolving escalated issues from employees

* Maintain updated knowledge of laws, regulations and procedures governing mobility (relocation and immigration) and other HR programs.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience

* Full knowledge of MS Office Suite and HR systems (e.g Peoplesoft, Taleo, Kronos)

* Experience with mobility programs, immigration processing and onboarding
